Tracking Your Order

Once your neon sign has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a cancellation request.

After this 24-hour period, we may be unable to accept a cancellation because every neon sign is handmade to your chosen specifications and cannot usually be resold.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

As our neon signs are handmade or personalised to order, we do not normally accept returns for a change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, faulty or misdescribed product, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify HAPPYNEON as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Where appropriate, you should also report visible delivery damage to the carrier.

Email sales@happyneon.uk and include clear photographs or videos showing the condition of the neon sign and any damage to its packaging. This information will help us assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include:

• Repairing the product
• Replacing the product
• Providing replacement parts
• Issuing a partial refund
• Issuing a full refund

Handmade Variations

As every neon sign is handmade, slight variations in appearance and minor differences in colour may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings and the surrounding lighting. These natural variations are not normally considered product faults.

12-Month Warranty

Every HAPPYNEON product includes a 12-month warranty. If your item develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us and our team will help determine the most appropriate resolution.

Our warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
