Once your sign has been dispatched, our team will send you a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
Returns/Cancellation
All sales are final once placed on the website. After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel. After this period, we are unable to accept cancellations for any reason.
Damage to neon signs sustained during transit shall not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
In the event that an item is delivered damaged or faulty, the customer must notify us in writing within 3 working days of confirmed delivery, via email at sales@happyneon.uk . Upon verification, we reserve the right to determine whether a replacement of components or the entire neon sign is appropriate, based on the extent of the damage.
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Should the product develop a fault or cease to function within this period, the customer must contact us for assessment. Where applicable, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
